To receive a quote for your project, please contact us with a few details about what you’re looking for. This helps us understand your needs and provide accurate pricing based on the scope, deliverables, and any optional add-ons that may be involved.

Once we review your request, we’ll follow up with a custom quote and next steps.

Step 2: booking & deposit

Once your shoot date is confirmed, we’ll secure your shoot with a 50% deposit.

Your deposit will be invoiced via PayPal, and you can pay using a credit card through the PayPal link—even if you don’t have a PayPal account.

The remaining balance is due on the day of your session and can be paid by credit card or cash. We’ll also send over a contract at that time to finalize the booking.

Step 3: Shoot Day

We arrive at your property to capture high-quality photos and/or video, covering everything we’ve planned—quickly and efficiently. There’s no need to clean up or reset after we’re done—you won't even know we were there. Our goal is to deliver polished, professional results with minimal disruption to your space or schedule.

In the event of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, we’re happy to reschedule your session at no additional cost, subject to our availability.

Step 4: Content Delivery

Your professionally edited photos and videos will be delivered via Dropbox within two weeks of your shoot date. You'll receive high-resolution files optimized for both web and print, ready for immediate use in your marketing or listings.

Need a quicker turnaround? Rush editing is available for an additional fee—just let us know your deadline when booking, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your timeline.

Why hire a professional?

Because first impressions matter. Professional photography turns your outdoor hospitality space into a destination guests dream about. Below is an image straight out of our camera, unedited. Beside it is the same image, professionally edited to enhance the colors that were already there. Most cameras—especially phone cameras—save in JPEG, which compresses the image and loses much of the vibrant color, especially in scenes like a sunset. We shoot in RAW format using a combination of high-end camera bodies and lenses, capturing every bit of color and detail. With over 20 years of experience using professional editing software, we’re able to restore and enhance those beautiful colors—bringing the image to life with the same vibrant, breathtaking beauty as the real scene.
